Point Reward Rules for Restaurant Give Back

Here are the point reward rules for your participation in the program activities. The more you engage, the higher points you will receive, and Restaurant Give Back will have various rewards for active members basing on their points, besides the major prizes.
* Visit a Restaurant: 20 points
* Fill out a survey: 4 points
* Do a rating: 1 points (add to "Enter new restaurant visit" also: "How do you rate this restaurant?")
* Refer a friend: 3 points/each friend
* Refer a restaurants: 3 points/each restaurant
* Refer a Local Area: 3 points/each local area (limit to 3 local area)
